Things to check before taking a property from YOUR OWN ROOM .ALL THE COSTS INCUREED

 


People planning to take homes under YOUROWNROOM beware of all the hidden charges that are levied:'

move-in :
  • For Family & Single Group Homes in
    1. Bangalore    RS. 3,500 + prevailing GST%
    2. Pune              RS. 3,500 + prevailing GST%
    3. Any society/association-related move-in charges will have to be paid by tenant directly to the concerned authority.
  • For Co-Living & Sharing Homes in
    1. Bangalore    RS. 2,500 + prevailing GST%
    2. Pune              RS. 3,000 + prevailing GST%
    3. Any society/association-related move-in charges will have to be paid by the tenant directly to the concerned authority.

Exit / Move-Out Charges

  • For Family & Single Group Homes in
    1. Bangalore: One Month’s rental + prevailing GST%
    2. Pune: Rs. 3,500 + prevailing GST% + Actuals (Cleaning, Painting)
  • For Co-Living & Sharing Homes in
    1. Bangalore: Rs. 5,000 OR Half a month’s rent, whichever is higher
    2. Pune Rs. 2,500 + prevailing GST % + Actuals (Cleaning, Painting)
plus a long list of additional charges:
whole cleaning house charge+ transport moving charges+society charges+garbage cleaning+pest cleaning+sofa cleaning extra to be paid by the tenant. this will be decided by them and are required to pay.
incase any damage then additional( which as per tenants' feedback is a norm will be charged on the actual costs of products even if there are no damages or existing damages.)
late fees: rs 1000 + 250 per day.
lockin breach: 1-month notice charge + additional month rent(extra) then what's the meaning of collecting notice charges could have mentioned two months.

Lock-In Breach Charges

  • For Golden properties - 11 Months lock-in (Penalty of 1 month rent in addition to the notice period of 1 month)
  • For General / Regular properties - 06 Months lock-in (Penalty of 1 month rent in addition to the notice period of 1 month)
any customer query requested: Rs 750 per visit + gst will apply anyway plus the repair and labor costs additionally
SO before you take any property from them do check all the points mentioned
