In 90 % of cases, It's better to safeguard your stay before than seek help after the incident, which would help in faster resolution.

Going legally should be the last option as the resolution may take years of time and involves higher costs greater than Rs 10,000(>) generally, just for sending notice and taking up the case. So choose your options wisely.

Who can apply: Existing tenants, new tenants, already having agreements. Every tenant should at least safeguard their rights as a tenant.
